Baan Talay is an exclusive, luxurious housing estate in Jomtien, located on a beautiful piece of land with slope right down to a gorgeous beach, providing the villas beautiful sea views and fresh sea breeze. Silver Hawk Engineering was engaged in the installation of a MDS Air Conditioning System (Multi Digital Score) with duct, 4-way cassette and wall type fan coils, connected with a heat recover system. The pictures give you an idea of this system where you can see the hot water storage tank of 500 liters, the heat exchanger, the MDS condensing unit as well as a digital control panel that monitors hot water flow and temperature.
